I’ve worked hard to perfect the training techniques and methodology that I use.
I had the honor to be taught by Steve Cotter in Kettlebell Training and IKFF (International Krav Maga Federation), to get my Level 2 instructor certification in 2012.
Kettlebell Training is one of the most effective workouts for muscle endorsement and helped me meet the requirements of Krav Maga Training School, from which I graduated in 2021 with a G3 rate, having also been qualified as an instructor for women’s self-defence with a G5 rate. Today, I got an Expert 1 rate.
Training in self-defence is a gift that everyone should get for themselves. It helps you find your self-esteem and feel safer.
