APOSTOLOS KOUSINAS
I’ve loved sports since a very young age! In my early years I was a pole vaulter and won in many national competitions as a member of the national team of Greece. My participation in the children's world championship and my victory in the children's Balkan championship were the most defining experiences.
I graduated from the School of Physical Education & Sport Science of Aristotle University (Serres) with a specialisation on track sports and rehabilitation training.
Then I pursued my other passion and continued my studies in the arts, specifically dance. Since I got my degree from the National Opera of Greece, I’ve participated in many productions in Greece and worldwide as a professional dancer and choreographer.
My interests vary from training to improve your physical condition and acrobatics to ballet and contemporary dance.
In my role as a trainer and teacher, I strive to make trainees feel all the physical and physiological benefits of exercise. To make their bodies more functional and their minds happier while in a safe environment.
